Damn, damn, damn! They seem to be really closed. Steve, we hardly knew ye. Reno has lost a great regional restaurant.

Chicago dog is on point here. A little small but there is an option for a double dog. The Italian beef sandwich with the spicy gravy is a must! Service was a little off but I will definitely return. These people brought Chicago to Reno for sure

Taste of Chicago deep dish was fantastic. Be prepared to wait a long time 45 min to get your pizza. It's worth the wait . It's got the feel of a bar in an off the wall place. The staff were very nice

This restaurant is a true gem for this Chicagoan relocated to Reno! The authentic Chicago style pizza is an absolute delight, delivering that authentic (cornmeal) taste you'd expect from Illinois. It takes an hour to bake, so be prepared to wait but it is Oh So Worth It. The Chicago dogs were spot on, showcasing the true essence of the city - no ketchup, just the perfect combination of flavors (don't skip the sport peppers, they are KEY). REAL Vienna Beef in the desert, who woulda thunk?! The beer selection is decent with some Chicago favorites and a whole lot of Malort. The added bonus is pinball machines, especially for my 2-year-old. Despite being short-staffed with only one multitasking waitress/bartender, she did an exceptional job managing our group of 6, ensuring top-notch service. Overall, this is a must-visit spot for anyone craving genuine Chicago cuisine and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Sadly, I stuffed myself so full with Pizza, Dogs and Breaded Mushrooms, I didn't have room for Tiramisu. Next time!

This is a neat little joint that features some very traditional offerings from Chi Town. I've only ever gone at odd times of day (3pm on a Saturday), but the food is good and they have a selection of cocktails and brews from the Windy City. Is it a Negroni you're after? They have it. Want a Chicago style pizza? They have it. I was craving a snack before my dinner plans, and a snack is essentially what the Chicago dog amounts to here. No sides, no frills. The prices, however, are too much for what you're getting. My tiny Chicago dog with all the fixins' and a draught beer with a $4 tip was $19.34. It's more of an indulgence than a regular haunt. I also dislike that they charge for to go containers for a pizza that no normal person, nor a party of two, should be finishing on their own. They offer a pre-tax 7% discount for cash tender, and charge (according to the menu) $1.50 for a plastic payment, which my gracious waitress waived. They have an ATM available for a cash withdrawal if you're a true idiot and want to pay a fee for a 7% discount. Pizzas are always bread and cheese, and you'll be paying $1.75 or more per additional topping, which would be fine if they'd not use paper-thin slices of green pepper they likely have a mandolin in the kitchen to prepare. I think there were six or seven pepperoni also. I'm an accountant, and it's a good thing I am, as my understanding of that field was required just to understand how much I'd be paying for this experience. It's worth it for its authenticity, but I can't sanely justify coming here on the regular.

So happy to have this place in Reno. As someone born and raised in Chicago, I love a place to give me that taste of home with the food and the sports teams I grew up with always on tv when they play. The Chicago dogs are what they should be and the Italian beef, gyros, etc all hit the spot. It is a fun little joint with 9 or so tables and about 15 bar seats which is plenty of space to have a meal with friends and family and enjoy the Chicago atmosphere. The service here has always been great and everything is served with a smile. It is always worth a stop for a meal if you want to try something good to eat and probably the only place you can get some of these things in town!

First time here. We get Chicago pizza shipped to us and so thought we'd see how this compared. Was NOT disappointed! Great deep dish pizza. It takes an hour to prepare but we called ahead and they had started it before we got there. Also got the Italian beef sandwich. The meat was tender and juicy. After splitting a sandwich with some battered fries, only one piece of pizza each was totally filling. So got to take the pizza home for another meal. Will definitely be back to check out their dogs and other sandwiches.

Stopped on Fri evening (HH 3-6), but many of advertised beers ( Goose, Hamms,) were unavailable and a plain dog for $5 is on HH. Place was filling up about 5:30 which I was surprised w/HH being not more crowded. Dining area is well lit & spacious; 2-3 booths, tables spread out and no open 'warehouse' ceilings so no echoing or loud clatter. Over the well spread out bar, hockey was playing at a good level of sound. Our bartender/server Michael aka 'Hey You' was a pleasure with his 'dad jokes' and quips. Food was fantastic as I love their Chicago dogs and an order of battered fries with a small order (6) crispy wings was perfectly done and enjoyable! Cannot wait to return! Love the new location!
